The Bunyip State Park is home to several scenic hiking and walking trails that range in difficulty. Outdoor and nature enthusiasts frequent the park for its abundant flora; many of which are native to the area such as the mealy stringybark, mountain ash, and prickly tea-tree. Dedicated campsites in Nash Creek, as well as the Dyers Picnic Ground, offer many spaces to enjoy a night or two here.

The Kurth Kiln Regional Park is a historic destination and a major highlight among the Gembrook attractions. It is famous for its kiln, which can be traced back to World War II. During those times, the kiln was used to produce charcoal as car fuel. Aside from the kiln, visitors can enjoy many activities at the park such as going on walking trails, exploring a small waterfall, mountain bike riding, and even camping.

Vintage car enthusiasts will delight at the exhibits of the Motorist Museum. Though small, this museum houses an impressive private collection of vintage and classic cars. The Motorist Museum opened in 1995, and today is one of the most frequently visited sites for visitors who enjoy learning about cars. The main attraction is the 1925 Studebaker limo, which is the only car of its kind in the entire world.

If you’re looking for some good wine in Gembrook, check out the Gembrook Hill Vineyard. Quaint and small, this vineyard is where you can sample some of the finest wines in the region coupled with breathtaking views of the Warburton ranges and Mt Donna Buang. Their specialties include Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Sancerre.

With all these Gembrook attractions, visitors will have much to savour in terms of food, unique experiences, and terrific wine.
